Condra is organised around four main divisions:

Design: 

Condra's design team is in-house to accommodate consumer requirements.

Manufacture:

Condra's manufacturing plant is at head office to ensure the finest quality.

Service:

Condra's service division is expanding its share of the maintenance market, offering maintenance to all makes of equipment as well as to Condra's own installations.

Sales:

In South Africa Condra is represented in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. The network to neighboring states is extended through sales agents.

Internationally Condra has agents in South America, Australia and the Middle East. Condra works closely with the South African Foreign Trade Organisations with a view to further international expansion.

Condra Service Division


Condra's After Sales Service Division installs, commissions, services, repairs and inspects all makes of cranes. Offering its clients with planned maintenance contracts, Condra spares and components, upgrading, refurbishing of existing equipment and annual load testing.

History

Condra's Service Division was established in 1982 to initially provide existing clients with after sales service, parts and maintenance. In-house training facilities provided technicians with on hand training and experience in all makes of cranes. The expanding market necessitated the division moving to separate premises in Knights.

Organisation

Employing six service technicians in the Gauteng area on 24-hour call to service contract clients. Agents in the relevant areas, locally and internationally, cover outlying areas, with the support and backing of our Head Office in Germiston.

Standard of service

Condra is an affiliate of S A Materials Handling and sits on the Professional Members Council of the SABS, we recognize that crane maintenance is an integral part of operations, in so far as cost, quality and safety is concerned. Our agents uphold a strict standard, thereby ensuring Condra's place in the international market as a supplier of hoists, cranes and materials handling equipment. Technical knowledge is essential, as well as staying abreast of local and international trends in maintenance and repair procedure, in particular, focusing on safety both as it relates to the client and to our personnel.

We respectfully point out that all Condra equipment is locally manufactured and exported to four continents around the world. Our agents and suppliers therefore benefit from this in that they are able to supply quality equipment that is not related to the exchange rate and also have access to parts within 24-hours, as all our standard spares are readily available.
