Flavour Craft System

Products are identified via barcode scanner
PLC removes possible operator error by automatically selecting correct silo allocation
Target positions for both drives are transferred from PLC via Profibus to X Axis UniSP
Y Axis target position is then written via CTNet
Once both drives reach their target positions an In Position signal is written back to the PLC
PLC then enables the manual operator hoist controls
Operator lowers and unloads product, he then return the hoist to the top position
X & Y axis automatically return to the home position ready for next cycle
Full system control and visualisation via Wonderware SCADA and Profibus network
