Condra's Divisions

Condra is organised around four main divisions:

Design:

Condra's design team is in-house to accommodate consumer requirements.

Manufacture:

Condra's manufacturing plant is at head office to ensure the finest quality.

Service:

Condra's service division is expanding its share of the maintenance market, offering maintenance to all makes of equipment as well as to Condra's own installations.

Sales:

In South Africa Condra is represented in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. The network to neighboring states is extended through sales agents.

Internationally Condra has agents in South America, Australia and the Middle East. Condra works closely with the South African Foreign Trade Organisations with a view to further international expansion.

WO4300 - 1997 60 / 5 TON x 10,1 METRE D.G.E.O.T. CRANE M H P C (Lesotho Highlands Water Project) LESOTHO Part of large order for Katse Dam. Subsequent orders for Mohale / Matseko Dams having recently been received. 60 Ton hoist used to install pump and valves at Katse Dam. Independently operated 5 ton hoist is mounted on the bottom flange of one girder.
WO4693 - 2000 50 / 10 AND 50 TON x 8,0 METRE D.G.E.O.T. CRANES IMPALA PLATINUM MINES - SOUTH AFRICA These two 50 tonners supplied earlier in the same year are used in tandem to lift locomotives.

EXPORT Manufacture, inspection and testing of equipment is carried out at Condra's premises in Germiston South, South Africa. All equipment is tested to 125% of safe working load, prior to shipment. Once this has been done components or complete cranes are crated and shipped around the world.

WO4816 - 2001 50 / 15 TON x 11,0 METRE D.G.E.T. PORTAL CRANE J C B ENGINEERING - SOUTH AFRICA Used to re-manufacture excavator buckets, dump truck buckets and other heavy earth moving and mining equipment. 15 Ton hoist is used to accurately position large size and weight of these components.
